Rue Neuve Saint Pierre is a picturesque street in the trendy heart of the lively Marais district and close to the popular Bastille area.
Vibrant by day with markets, restaurants and art galleries, it is about two minutes from the beautiful Place de Vosges in the Marais. The immediate neighbourhood has excellent bakeries, a butcher, supermarket, health food supermarket, newsagent, pharmacies and specialist boutiques.
One of Paris' best and most famous street markets is very close, Richard Lenoir at Bastille. The nearest metro station is St Paul, (Line 1) and Bastille (line 1,5,8)
This south facing 100-m2 apartment is located on the third floor (4th US) of an end of a 1929 elevator building on a quiet street off rue Saint Antoine. The main door and the inner door are protected by an interphone system.
The apartment has parquet floors throughout and is very light, sunny and quiet. The kitchen, bath and toilet are tiled.
The front door opens into an entrance hall with coat hooks, a hall table and a small hallway leading to the three bedrooms and the bathroom. To your right is the kitchen and another door to the large living/dining room with a beautiful fireplace.
The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment and an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer and coffee maker.
The 30m2 living room has a row of windows facing the street. The room is furnished with two sofas, a large coffee table, two armchairs, several side tables, standing and reading lamps, and a large dining table and chairs. Gas and electricity is not included in the rent the meter will be read on entry and exit and the cost can be deducted from your deposit on departure or paid directly to the owner, whichever is preferable. The same method is used for phone calls made out-with the price plan which is currently covering free calls to land lines and mobiles in U.S. and Canada.
